What is the Customer Loyalty Program?
The Abito Homes’ Customer Loyalty Program is a free reward program that you can request if you are renting a property managed by abitohomes.co.uk.
You must have paid rent persistent in 12- months to be entitled to any rewards.
How do I earn Loyalty points?
The customer loyalty program is only available to our customers who are letting one of the properties that are served by us under full property management. You must have paid rent persistent in 12 months to be entitled to any rewards.
If the property during the tenancy is no longer managed by Abito Homes, or if the tenant(s) leaving the property before the end of a 12- month period, Tenant(s) will not be entitled any points, earned up during the tenancy
It’s easy and free to start earning points. After signing the tenancy agreement, you will receive 1000 points every month. If you break the tenancy agreement or fall into rent arrears you may lose part, or all the points saved up.
You can also be able to earn up to extra loyalty points each year by letting persistent over the years .
Abito Homes’ Loyalty program doesn’t just work with points. The loyalty program is also a three-tiered, meaning that at each tier, you will be eligible for a different selection of rewards

How do I achieve Gold Elite Status?
To achieve Gold Elite Status, it will require that your monthly rent is equal or higher than £3000 Per calendar month (only rent, no services included in the rent like housekeeper etc.). Visit the Term and Conditions page to view full program rules.
How do I achieve Platinum Elite Status?
To achieve Platinum Elite Status, the monthly rent must be between £2000- £2999 per calendar month (only rent). Visit the Term and Conditions page to view full program rules.
How do I achieve Spire Elite Status?
To achieve Spire Elite Status, the monthly rent must be between £1200- £1999 per calendar month (only rent). Visit the Term and Conditions page to view full program rules.
What are the Rewards?
Rewards are a point that can be redeemed in exchange for money after 12 months. The rewards will be paid to the same account number as the rent is paid from.
Members of the Abito Homes’ Loyalty program will NOT be entitled to earn up any interest rate or interest of interest rate during this period they are a member of the scheme.
If members/ tenant(s) break any of the Terms and Conditions part of the letting agreement, like cause any damage to the property or do not pay the rent on time, they may lose part or the whole bonus points earned and may lose their right for further membership.
How do I redeem Rewards?
After 12 months signed up for Abito Homes’ Loyalty Scheme, you will receive an email with an overview of your points and rewards saved up during this period.
If all the Terms and Conditions are followed during this period (last 12 months), the Rewards will thereafter be paid to the same account number as the rent has been paid from.
How to Earn Customer Loyalty Benefits
After signing up for a membership, you will receive 1000 points PM. To find out how must reward you can earn up every year, we need to take a close look at each tier:
Gold Elite status
To be eligible to the Gold Elite Status, it requires that your monthly rent is equal or higher than £3000 Per calendar month (only rent, no services charges included). Qualified rate = 0.03
Estimated rewards after 12 months will be :12000 x 0.03 = £360
Platinum Elite status
To get the Platinum Elite status, your rent must be between £2000- £2999 PM (only rent). The Qualified rate = 0.025
Estimated rewards after 12 months: 12000 x 0.025 = £300
Spire Elite status
To be eligible to Spire Elite Status, the monthly rent must be between £1200- £1999 PM (only rent). Qualified rate =0.015
Estimated rewards after 12 months: 12000x 0.015= £180
Please note that these estimated rewards are based on the assumption that there has been no rent arrears or damage to the rental property during this period.

One of the Loyalty program’s key feature is the rang of things we offer in exchange for our customer’s loyalty. By renting managed properties by abitohomes.co.uk over the years, you may also be eligible to earn extra loyalty points, in addition to the 1000 points per month.
How do I sign up?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Membership & Eligibility
Abito Homes Loyalty Reward Program is a free reward program offered by Abito Homes to its customers who are signing up a tenancy agreement with abitohomes.co.uk for a tenancy of 12 -months or longer.
You can request membership once you have signed a tenancy contract. The program is limited to individuals only and only available to tenants
The program is limited to one account per the tenancy agreement. If you are letting one property together with a partner, guarantor etc. served by us, you will NOT be entitled to more than one membership.
Please note that members of the Abito Homes’ loyalty scheme will NOT be entitled to earn up any interest rate or interest of interest rate during this period they are a member of the scheme.
Members will be able to save up 1000 points each month. For those members how have been members over the years, they may also be eligible to extra loyalty points each year
Members are only eligible to redeem reward after a 12 months period and only once a year. You must also have enough points in your account after a 12 -months period to redeem the reward.
After points are redeemed, you will receive a confirmation mail that will provide the confirmation. Points will be deducted from your account for the reward.
Either if you have a fixed periodic tenancy agreement or periodic tenancy agreement, you must have paid rent persistent the last 12 months to be eligible to any rewards.
If some of the Terms & Conditions in the tenancy agreement are not met during the tenancy, like cause any damage to the property or do not pay the rent on time, the tenant may lose part or the whole reward points earned and may lose their membership
If you are renting a managed property by Abito Homes but the monthly rent is lower than 1200 PM, you will not qualify for Abito Homes’ Loyalty Scheme. However, if you later within a 5 years period qualify for membership, you may receive extra loyalty points, in addition to the 1000 points each month. The number of extra points will depend on how many years you have been renting.
BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”).
2. Earning and Redeeming Program Rewards
There are three tiers of membership in the Program: Gold Elite, Platinum Elite & Spire Elite. The type of program tenants will be enrolled into will depend on the level of rent tenants are paying per calendar month.
Independent of the type of program, members will receive 1000 points each month. The Points will be multiplied the qualified rate to find the rewards at the end of a 12- months period. The qualified rate will depend on the type of the program, a member will be qualified to be enrolled in to.
Gold Elite Status requires that your monthly rent is equal or higher than £3000 Per calendar month (only rent, no service charge included). Qualified rate = 0.03
To get the Platinum Elite Status, your monthly rent must be between £2000- £2999 per calendar month (only rent). Qualified rate = 0.025
To achieve Spire Elite Status, the monthly rent must be between £1200- £1999 per calendar month (only rent). Qualified rate =0.015
The first 12 months
You will receive 1000 points each month. At the end of the first 12 -months, you will receive an email with an overview of points earned at the end of this period. You can choose if you want to redeem the points or want to save up your points for later. If you will like to redeem the reward, the reward will be converted to money and will be transferred to the members’ bank account.
After the first 12 months
The memberships will continue as long as members continue renting fully managed properties through abitohomes.co.uk that qualifying for membership and fulfil the loyalty program’s Terms & Conditions.
If you continue renting, you may also be granted additional points over years, in addition to the 1000 points every month for choosing abitohomes.co.uk estate agent. This is because we like to reward our customers.
This membership can be cancelled by given written notice to Abito Homes. If the membership is cancelled during a 12- months period, the rewards during the 12- months period will be lost, and the member will not be entitled to any rewards during/ after this period.
4. Point Expiration
All unredeemed point shall expire when a program member has not engaged in point activity associated with the membership account for 18 months or more. If you are a member and continue renting properties, that qualifies for membership your unredeemed point will not expire.
5. Changes, Termination and/or removal from the program
Abitohomes.co.uk, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program( including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, by posting any such changes on Abito Homes website.
YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.
Abito Homes reserves the right to exclude individuals from the loyalty program. In particular any abuse, manipulation or “gaming” of the Program or its rules determined by abitohomes.co.uk. Any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interest of Abito Homes not otherwise protected by law may subject members to membership revocation or deduction of points obtained through these abusive or manipulative activities and will affect eligibility for further membership.
Membership is non- transferable. If a membership is revoked or cancelled, any points in your account will automatically expire. Abito Homes reserves the right to make changes to its website and these Terms at any time.
It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the loyalty program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.
